Good morning, guys!

Tomorrow we are going to start working on indirect speech, also called reported speech. This is a very important aspect of language, especially in oral communication, to be able to get your message across without any miscommunications.

 

Since it is your first time seeing this aspect of speech, I want you to watch this video and to complete the sentences that appear after each clip. Bear in mind that direct and indirect speech are quite similar to the Spanish structures, but there are some important differences, so pay attention to the example at the beginning. As I have mentioned, this is your first time working with this type of structure, so be easy on yourself and any doubts will be solved tomorrow in class!
